Why SeKure Warden exists
Small businesses are increasingly targeted by cyber threats, but most lack the budget, awareness, or in-house expertise to implement even basic security controls. A single ransomware event can shut down operations. A compromised email account can lead to fraudulent payments. A point-of-sale compromise can expose payment data. A lost or infected device can damage customer trust overnight.
SeKure Warden LLC exists to close those gaps in a practical, affordable way — treating cybersecurity as business risk management, not a checkbox or a sales pitch. Our clients are restaurants, salons, auto shops, retail stores, real estate offices, dental and medical practices, small professional offices, and government-adjacent contractors throughout the San Diego region.
What we believe
- Cybersecurity should be explained in plain English.
- Practical wins beat perfect plans no one executes.
- Local businesses deserve the same security expertise that enterprises buy.
- The right control at the right time is worth more than ten dashboards.
- Documentation matters — for clients, for auditors, and for primes.
Veteran-owned. Founder-led. 20+ years of cybersecurity discipline.
Kaisean M. Hawkins
Founder & Principal Cybersecurity Consultant
Kaisean Hawkins is a senior cybersecurity engineer with 20+ years of Department of Defense and military experience. He served as an Information Security Manager and Network Chief in the United States Marine Corps from 2004 to 2013, supporting 20,000+ users across deployed and garrison environments — including WAN, LAN, Active Directory, Exchange, VoIP, virtualization, and secure communications systems.
After his military service, Kaisean built a decade of Navy cybersecurity consulting experience supporting Department of the Navy authorization activities across afloat, ashore, cloud, and enclave environments. As a Navy Qualified Validator (NQV) and Fully Qualified Navy Validator (FQNV), he has executed Risk Management Framework reviews across 300+ Authorization-to-Operate actions annually and held Information System Security Officer (ISSO) duties — authoring and validating System Security Plans, Risk Assessment Reports, POA&Ms, and continuous monitoring evidence for mission-critical systems.
Kaisean founded SeKure Warden LLC in March 2026 to bring that enterprise-grade cybersecurity discipline to small businesses, government primes, and mission-ready organizations that don't have a full-time security team — treating cybersecurity as practical business risk management rather than a checkbox or sales pitch. Engagements are founder-led from initial scoping through delivery.
